This 1991 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible is a running driving licensed on the road project. I call it project due to its not perfect but does its job. Brakes need to be gone through, shimmy's on braking. Windshield has a chip (not crack). Rear window will allow water on heavy rain but not much. No smoking from tailpipe or under hood. You can drive this one out without problems.
