Up for your consideration we have this beautiful 2009 Cadillac CTS DI Performance Sedan. White diamond premium exterior with black leather interior. This vehicle is very well equipped and had an original window sticker of $47,460.00. White diamond paint a $995.00 optionULTRAVIEW SUNROOF a $900.00 option This CTS runs and drives great with no known issues. We have completed a safety check, smog inspection and safety check. Tires are in good condition with over 7/32 tread left. Clean interior and exterior. We have tested this vehicle on the road, it runs excellent, transmission shifts effortlessly and has no mechanical issues. We purchased this Cadillac directly from General Motors. This vehicle was used for accelerated durability testing. It’s had only one owner since new, the mileage it correct and is the actual mileage. Because this vehicle was used for testing the title has been branded SALVAGE. GM has provided a letter stating that was the only reason for the salvage title status and it was NOT result of any insurance damage claim or wreck . This vehicle has not been in any accidents and has not had any body work. About the SALVAGE title: This CTS CAN be legally registered, titled and driven in any state. We will provide the buyer with the title and all needed documents along with the letter from GM stating the reason for the salvage status for your records. This Cadillac comes with all the the original books and manuals along with the original factory window sticker. Only two things to mention: There is a small tear in the driver seat and the wheels have minor scuffs & scratches. Please see pictures. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $150 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes FOR CALIFORNIA BUYERS: The winning bid amount does not include sales tax, license fees, transfer fees or vehicle registration fees. CA residents are subject to all local registration fees and taxes. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1997 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. FOR OUT OF STATE BUYERS: In addition to the price of the vehicle, a document fee of $55.00 (Non-CA residents) is applied to the final price of the vehicle.. Bid Retractions Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Negative Feedback Bidders We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with a zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding. Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 1 business day of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
