Resplendent in very rare Zenith Blue paintwork over a Cashmere Beige interior, and with only 52,743 miles, this is a wonderful example of what most consider the pinnacle of the air-cooled 911 series. The Targa model was also very rare, especially in 1997, where the problems inherent in the targa roof in 1996 were resolved. The targa roof and the sunshade work perfectly in this car, without any noise or binding. This car has been extremely well maintained. Brand-new Pirelli PZero tires all around has been installed, and the clutch was replaced in the last year. The current owner was obsessive about keeping up with maintenance, and every issue, large and small, was immediately resolved by an authorized Porsche service facility. I have driven this car, and it performs as you would expect a 993 to perform. The engine sounds wonderful and pulls hard to redline, the steering is tight and accurate, the suspension is tight, and there are no squeaks or rattles.
