Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe project car. This is a original V8 automatic transmission car with front power disc brakes and manual steering. The vehicle does not run and drive as the engine and transmission are not in the car. Alot of work has already been done to this Mustang. Engine bay has been painted black, just dirty from working on car. New sheetmetal installed on car are driver side shock tower, front driver side front apron, passenger side front apron, tourque box added to passenger side, floor pans, seat risers, rear short rails, driver and passenger side trunk drop off's(tab for spare tire was not welded back on as I was going to put the battery in the trunk on that side), new rear tail light panel, new driver and passenger side quarter skins with shelby scoops installed(no screen in scoop openings) . Bottom of quarter skins were they meet the sill have been molded in and rear valience has been molded in to quarters. Car has been put in primer sealer. Body work needs to be gone over and completed. Doors and front fenders were just put on car for pics and shipment and not aligned. Door skins need to be replaced and replacment skins do come with the car and another passenger side door shell with glass. Mustang has new carpet(I don't have the sill covers), trunk mat kit, new leaf springs and shackles, and chrome on tail lights. Has new quarter window regulators(need to be adjusted).Has turn signal hood (not in pics)with harness and sum rust in front underside of hood. Trunk lid also has sum rust on underside. Mustang has new front bearings, dust caps, brake calipers and pads, cross over tubes, stainless braded hoses to calipers, rotors have been turned and rear wheel cyliders has been replaced. New front suspension and bushings installed. Mustang still needs some welds cleaned up under car on floor pans and rear short rails. Comes with new driver side frame rail extention that needs to be welded in and small rust hole in bottom of driver side rear frame rail needs to be repaired(about the size of a penny). Interior needs to be finished putting back together. Has black standard interior that looks good enough for a driver. Dash pad is not warped like most you see but previous owner put a few screws in it were it meets under the windshield. It does need the headliner and dome light cover replaced. Does not come with a radio. New windshield gasket and rear window gasket installed. Glass does have scratches, mostly the door glass. Have been told scratches in glass can be buffed out but not sure of this. 1968 GT steel painted wheels with trim rings and center caps(one trim ring has curb rash). Rear tires are fairly new and front tires are old and I would not trust driving on them. I do not have front or rear shocks for car. Engine stand does not come with engine. Car comes with a 302 roller motor with E7 heads taken out of a 1986 Mustang GT, running and not smoking when pulled. Engine is block with internals and heads(no water pump etc..). Comes with a c4 transmission, Pats 2000 stall converter and a B&M unimatic shifter. Comes with new hard fuel lines also. Be aware that I'm sure I don't have every little screw, nut and bolt to finish car. Everything seen on the tarp goes with the car. Not everything descibed is in pics as ebay only alows 24 pics. I've desribed this vehicle the best i could and I'm sure im forgetting somthing so please emal me before bidding with any questioned and I'll get back to you as soon as possible with a honest answer. Car has a clean Delaware title that says 215k and change actual miles. Odometer shows 17K miles and change so assume milage on title is correct. This car is sold as is with no refunds or any warranty's expessed or implied. I will not ship this vehicle, it is up to the winning bidder to transport vehicle and parts. The car is not at my residence, it is about 45 minutes north of Milton,DE were it was being restored. Again this is a non running project car so don't expect to drive it home. A 500 dollar deposit is required 72 hours after auction end and the remainder of winning bid due at pick up in cash. GOOD LUCK
