2002 Chevrolet Astro Van. Hard to find AWD model. This van is like a tank, you will never get stuck in the mud around work site, rain or snow. Strong blowing, Cold AC/ hot heat. I live in Florida and this AC keeps me cooler than my Acura’s or wife’s Mercedes. You will not find another 2002 van in this condition. I have owned this van since April of 2006, so close to 8 years now, and used it as personal vehicle when other car was in the shop and occasional furniture moving. This is Florida van; no rust. Van has not seen snow, hills, mountains. Only nice flat Florida roads and sunshine. I purchased it in Orlando, FL with 40,066 original miles and it never left FL since then. Current mileage: 91,065. I put on 51k in a little short of 8 years. The van is solid and very, very clean. Of course, there are a few small scratches, dents, etc. here and there as it is expected for work van. I have taken photos from all angles and they are best representations of the vehicle. Tires: are in great shape with a lot of thread remaining. They were put on at 77,000 at Discount Tire. I did purchase Lifetime Rotation and Balance as well as flat repairs and this service is transferable to the new owner. I will include original invoice. All you will have to do is stop by your Discount Tire store and tell them to transfer vehicle into your name. Tool Boxes are included, $1,200 value, but can be easily un-bolted if not needed. Flooring is covered with custom rubber mat. Van runs great. Starts with first turn of a key. In over 7 years it has never let me down. Maintenance done on time, for the most part by me. The only known mechanical issue is the humming noise that can be heard while driving and accelerating. It is coming from the rear and I believe it is rear differential. I start noticing it about a year ago, but never addressed the issue. Van runs great, but I would recommend this to be looked at. Genuine reason for selling: I am not using this van enough and I don’t want to keep paying insurance, tax, registration and tag stickers that have to be renewed in Nov.This workhorse wants to be used for what it was built for.
