Year 2000 Honda RC51. This was the first year of production and is only the 50th bike of 1500 brought into the USA in the year that this bike won the World Superbike title. I am the second owner and I bought it in 2000 from a friend of mine that did some work for Honda USA. I am a mature and responsible owner, this bike has always had the best of care. The bike is mostly stock. It has carbon fiber micron exhausts and smaller rear turn signals. I have all the original parts to go back to stock if required. The bike has 9,950 miles, the tires are in good shape and it had a new clutch a year ago. As for condition, it is really is in great shape. The only issue is a slight dent in the lower exhaust tube on one side, from my wife bumping it with her truck a few years ago. The exhaust dent is shown in the photos and can hardly be seen at all. It starts right up and sounds amazing. It comes with a battery tender and a bike cover. It has always been covered and garage kept. I have all the original tools and manuals and the removable passenger seat. I also have nearly new matching high end Shoei helmet, perforated leather jacket, gloves and boots that can be purchased separately (not included in price) if needed. It's a great bike and I will be sorry to see it go. I am selling it due to issues with my back that make riding it painful.
