Vehicle Detail
The ZOMBIE Killer! Just in time for Halloween! A full restoration has just been completed on this 1976 rust free Mississippi B100. Sit back and enjoy a few laughs while remembering the Van craze of the 70's. Entire van was stripped to bare metal then coated with rustoleum topside and underneath to ensure this vehicle will be around long after I'm gone! We all know that Zombies are slow.....but just in case, I went to MRL Performance out of Michigan to build my 376 horsepower 360 ci motor...with 405 ft. pds. of torque. (all specs and Dyno sheet included) Let's see some dead head catch this. I had the 727 rebuilt like new with a mild shift kit added for fun. New brakes all the way around including power discs on the front....she stops on a dime! Even though I want to note that I NEVER brake for Zombies! Power steering makes it a breeze to handle when taking out a group of Zombies. New power sunroof complete with sliding shade cover. Great for catching and holding the Undead while you finish them off! I certainly wanted to be accurate with my aim, so all new coils and heavy duty leaf springs were installed so she rides just like in the good ole days. And just in case I have to travel any distance to help out any fellow Zombie Killers, I found and installed a stock poly 36 gallon fuel tank....it came all the way from California! That's a whole lotta driving and shooting in between fillups! I went with oak paneling on the interior just like the Hippies would have. The trim quality is considerably better then the garage jobs done in the 70's after a couple of joints....:) No shag carpeting to hide any unkown diseases in this van! Went with a beautiful burgundy berber and it came out great! The biggest mistake I initially thought, was going with a gorgeous French Vanilla interior....as it turns out, the blood stains come out much easier than I thought. And yes, the back seat converts to a bed....one of the greatest inventions of the 70's mind you. Turn the key and there's nothing like the sound of that small block, roaring through the Headman's Headers and out of the side pipe exhaust! And if a Zombie gets a little to close to the van just hit the flame thrower button on the dash and bingo!......roasted Zombies! And if you didn't know, Zombies hate loud noises....so I installed a 120 psi set of airhorns complete with on board compressor! Too loud? Too bad! Don't let the Zombie's scare you! None of the props are permanantly attached. You can easily remove them and drive one of the most beautiful vans in the country. The paint is drop dead gorgeous and really pops in the sunlight. All new led's in the dash...all new side marker lights...new show chrome bumpers and badges...new led interior lighting...new Cragar SS wheels and new B.F. Goodrich T/A's all the way around...and on and on.... So go ahead....take aim and pull the trigger....and put a few trophies in the van! For sale locally...can end auction anytime. Auction will also end in the event of my early demise. Always open to Trades and Interesting offers....no junk please! All gauges work along with the defrost/heat.
