Up for auction is my nice clean RED 1997 Suzuki TL1000S. The bike is super clean and runs perfectly. I've only owned the bike since February of this year, but it is clean and dependable and has many of the mods that is needed to keep this bike running like new. Brake lines are updated, regulator wiring has been updated, air box has been modified. Engine is in perfect running condition, no oil leaks, no valve noise. I completely rebuilt the front forks with all OEM parts. Suzuki seals, dust covers and bushings and I replace the oil with 10wt. The Engine was changed with Mobile 1. The chain and sprockets are in very good condition and has lots of miles left on it. The original steering damper works properly. Paint and finish are excellent. No dings and the bike does not appear to have ever been dropped. There are a couple of very minor imperfections in the paint, one spot on the tank that is a very minor scuff, and a couple of nicks in a couple of spots that I didn't notice until I owned it for a couple of months. The top triple clamp has a wear mark is cosmetic, looks like wear from the steering damper. I changed the rear tire to a Perilli Angel. The front is a Perilli Corsa II, they don't match but are close enough for me. The rear tire is not broken in yet. The reason I'm selling is I have no time to ride. I bought the bike with a little over 27000 miles on it, which is nothing for these motors. I put about 200mi on the bike this season. I have other motorcycles as well that also need my attentiion. The bike comes with a Two Brothers exhaust, Corbin seat. ProTek windscreen with carbon insert, PowerCommander II. Since February I added new parts; New Battery Heavy Duty all weather bike cover. New Rear Perilli Angel tire. Rebuilt front forks with new oil. This is not a beginners bike, experienced cyclists only should ride this bike.
