This is the second time I list this car for auction - please only bid if you have the funds!!! Attention to all classic car collectors out there - this is the one you want to have in your collection. 1972 Buick Riviera Maybe one of the best original 1972 Boattail Riviera out there. The car has original documented 14xxx miles on the clock. The car was for over 20 years in storage. The car looks beautiful for being over 40 years old and original. The body is straight as an arrow. There are some scratches / dings / nicks in the original paint but nothing serious. Me and my beloved magnet couldn't find any bondo. The trim got faded over the years. Overall the exterior looks very good. Also the interior is all original. There is one rip on the drivers seat and two rips in the headliner - but other than that the interior looks absolutely beautiful. There are no cracks on the dashboard - carpet/steering wheel/gauges etc are clean and overall you will see that the car has only 14k miles on it. I just took the Riviera down for a cruise on the coast Freeway and it runs better than any classic car I have ever driven/owned. Just a pleasure to drive it. Everything works incl the power seats/cruise control/radio etc. All matching numbers - 455-4bbl / st400tranny - the car was auctioned in 2002 and I have the promotion "sticker" of the auction. In 2002 the car still had the original tires on it and also the original spark plugs. See photos. The car is solid - I couldnt find any serious visible rust. There is some surface rust.
