Was on the cover of Corvette Magazine July 2012 Makes 607RWH and runs 10.0 flat. The good: The car had a used motor out of a 2001 vette with 50,000 miles on it installed 2000 miles ago. The motor has a MCP competition engines blower cam, Manley double springs, ti retainers and moly pushrods. D1SC procharger setup. It is a 2001 setup with the intercoolers on the sides instead of the middle. A and A intake upgrade for charger. Car makes 607 RWH at 11.5PSI boost. The car ran with this motor 10 sec at 138mph. The transmission is new with zero passes. It is an RPM level 6 transmission with a hardened output shaft. The rear is a DTE with 4.10 gears and hardened half shafts. LG long tube headers Z06 titanium exhaust. GM hot wires with TR6 plugs Yank 6 disk bullet 3800 stall converter. Torque tube was replaced 1 year ago. Car has a custom fuel system, with aux pumps for E85. Car is tuned on E85 but can be tuned back on pump gas. 1000cc FIC injectors Computer system from a 2002 corvette. 2bar speed density tune Aeroforce gauge with fuel pressure sensor. Innovate wideband Harness that was replaced in 2012 and meets new track requirements. Race car builders 6pt roll cage CCW drag pack with new MT drag radials on back. New battery replaced last year. AC works great in the carCross drilled rotors and pads. No leaks and runs great. I have most of the receipts and history since I owned the car Feature The bad. Passenger seat does not work. It is unplugged. It will adjust when it is plugged in, but does weird things. Car has 232K on the clock. It has a lot of miles, but the whole drive train has been replaced in the car. The back bumper was tapped, see spider cracks in pics.. The fuel gauge only reads correctly once you get to half a tank. This has to do with the 2002 computer in a 1998 car. The fix is to load a fuel segment from a 2003 express van using efi live. ( I do not have the software) OR Get a fuel sending unit from a 2002 vette.The service vehicle soon lights up on the dash. The steering position angle sensor is bad. that's whats causing the service light to come on. ( not essential to run the car)
