RARE FIND! My dad bought this ’41 COE with the intentions of building a car hauler. This truck is solid and in very good condition with only one small rust thru on the passenger side. It has no motor or transmission but it does have the original drive shaft, late front suspension, power steering and power breaks. The frame is steel reinforced from cab to end. As you can see from the pictures, it’s 80% sanded and primed and most all of the original parts are there with the exception of the front bumper, left headlight ring & wiper arms. It does have the wiper motors, steering column & steering wheel, which has no cracks, parking light, door thumb locks and back glass. It’s ready to put on a modern drive train or leave as is. This truck is a Model # CF 303, serial #1905 manufactured by Yellow Truck & Coach Manufacturing Co., Pontiac, MI with a certified net hp 85.5 @ 3000 R.P.M. Net Gross Weight 1405. This truck was used to haul pipe in South Alabama so it was never exposed to harsh winter conditions & road salt. Will sell just the cab but buyer must remove.
