SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY! Sorry, No Trades and we don't finance. We have the title in hand and its ready to sign over to you today. No liens on this car either. We are a licensed and insured Minnesota dealer. Former FLOOD, Fully Repaired and Serviced, Ready to DRIVE THIS CAR NEEDS NOTHING ALL REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE AND ITS READY TO DRIVE CROSS COUNTY, In fact, if you live some place exciting, I am willing to drive this car to you as long as you don't mind me putting some extra miles on this car. Otherwise shipping estimates are below. Here is the first step in buying any salvage title car. You should know the history. clearly there are a lot of salvage title cars out there and not all of them are bad cars. I have bought hundreds of cars with so minor damage that you would think the insurance company would have had them repaired. but for some add reason they weren't and they were sent to auction. This is one of those cars. Then again, I have seen other people try to sell pigs in a blanket. I am so honest that I will tell you the best trick to finding a pig in a blanket salvage title car. go on ebay and look for any freshly repaired salvage title car and google the vin number to that car. don't use any other site but google, and you stand about an 80% chance that you will see what that car looked like at the insurance auction and before the repairs were made. granted all damaged cars can be repaired to like new condition, but sometimes the damage is so much that I myself wouldn't take the risk. but other times the damage is so minor that you can save a ton of money from buying a salvage title car. Here we have for sale another Cadillac Cts-V. This one is a 2011 Sedan with just over 17,300 miles on it. This car came to us as a dealer trade and the car itself came from Texas, That Texas dealer bought it at an insurance auction in New York. Here is what i know about this car. Its very clean and everything works just fine. I know the dealer in texas where I bought this car and i know he didn't make any repairs on this car before he sold it to me because he only had this car for a couple hours before I bought it from him. When I got this car, everything worked except for the front power seats. I knew all the wire connectors for the seats were unplugged right at the seat, because the seat motors were making a ticking noise and were killing the battery because that noise wouldn't stop. so the seat motors were unplugged and the battery stays charged just fine. otherwise everything else worked just as it should. no funny smells, no funny stains in the interior. I honestly don't know what happened to this car, but clearly it was very low water. it might have been something as simple as someone leaving the moonroof open and it rained inside the car, or maybe it was in a low water flood some place. usually when a car is in deep water, you will see moisture in the headlights/tail lights and there is not a hint of moisture in there at all. the seat cushions feel nice and dry and there is no hint that the water any place that shows water got higher then the seat motors under the seat. this car has been driven about 500 miles before we repaired the seats and about another 500 miles since we repaired the seats. You can see in my videos, there are a couple older videos showing the exact condition of this car when we received it, then there is a video showing what this car looked like with the carpet removed, and then the most current video showing that the seats work just fine. You will also see one of my pictures of the seat tracks that we replaced. it was cheaper to buy a whole seat frame with the motors attached rather then to buy just the motors. we replaced both front seat frames with brand new GM seat frame assembles. we have the receipts that we will give to the highest bidder. If you want to see a couple of other cars that we have had over the years, feel free to check out my other videos on you tube and you will see a lot of CTS-V's, corvettes, Lamborghini, Porsche, Escalades, and more. Current Title, The current title is a Minnesota salvage title. Please check with your state before bidding. Once you get this car inspected, it should come back as a prior salvage title/rebuilt in your home state. I can get it inspected here in Minnesota, but that might not do you any good if you live out of state. If I do get it inspected here, and send the title into Minnesota, then its going to take about 3 months for the state of Minnesota to send me the prior salvage title back. I know for a fact that this car will pass a Minnesota state inspection with flying colors or your money back. Other state's might require something different, so please check before you bid. All sales are final. We will provide you with a bill of sale, title, repair receipts, ect. You shouldn't need anything more then what I listed above, but if there is, let us know and we will do our best to get you anything you need to get this vehicle inspected in your home state.Att: Minnesota buyers, You will be charged sales tax at a rate of 6.5%, plus plates, tabs, and title transfer fees. You will also need to get this vehicle inspected with in the next year and we will provide you will all the receipts and Minnesota Affidavit of Reconstruction paperwork that you will need to get it inspected. You will be provided with a 21 day permit to drive this vehicle right away, and then we will get the plates for you and they will be mailed to you or you can pick this up if you are local. You have one year to get this vehicle inspected before Minnesota will issue you new license tabs. The inspection process is easy and only takes about 20mins. We will provide you with the dates and times of your nearest inspection center. After is has been inspected, you will get a new title back from the State of Minnesota that will give it a Prior Salvage Title Status. According to the State, that means that it is a clear title. According to everyone else, its still a salvage title.Att: Non-Minnesota buyers, You will NOT be charged any added fees. You will owe the exact amount of your final bid and thats all. You will be given the receipts for the repairs in the event you need them. You will also need to check with your local DMV to check the process of transferring a salvage title in your home state before you bid. You will be given a 21day permit to drive this vehicle home, but after that, you are on your own. You should be able to take the title to your dmv and get it transferred and get plates right away, but some states might have a different process that you need to go though, so please check that out before you bid. After the inspection is done in your home state, you should be issued a prior salvage/rebuilt title.Shipping, Shipping is at Buyers expense. If you can't come pick this up in person and you want us to ship it for you, we can set that up. Clearly the farther away you are, the more it's going to cost. Average shipping costs are about $150 in Minnesota, $300 in upper midwest, $500 to outer midwest (Texas,Ohio,Montana,Colorado), and coastal areas are about $700-$900. Depending on where you are, it could take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days before you receive this vehicle.Deposit, After this auction ends, we will need a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with in 48hrs of the end of this auction. If you come here and decide that you don't want to buy the vehicle for whatever reason, we will refund $250 of that deposit and keep $250. However if you never show up, then we will keep all the $500. Deposit can be Cash in person only, Pay Pal, Certified Bank Check, or a Bank Wire Transfer.Total Balance Due, Any remaining balance must be paid with in 5 business days of the end of the auction. The balance can ONLY be paid with cash, wire transfer, or Certified Bank Check. If you do pay with a Certified Bank Check (cashiers check), we will hold the title and receipts for 14 days until that check clears and then mail the title and receipts to you. NO PERSONAL CHECKS! Warranty, Most auto manufacturers don't stand by the factory warranty with a car has a salvage title, however some still do. So its up to you to contact your local dealership to see if the factory warranty is still active. If you do want to check on the warranty status, all you need to do is call your local GM dealer and give them the vin number to this car and ask them if the warranty is still good. ALL auto manufacturers still do stand by recalls. So if this car is in need of a recall, take it back to the dealership and they will fix the recalled item. On the other hand, if you have any prior accident repair issues with this car with in the first 90 days let us know and we will usually take care of the problem at no charge as long as you bring the car back to us. If you live to far away to bring it back, then we will try to work something out with you.BALANCE NEEDS TO BE WIRE TRANSFER OR CASHIERS CHECK. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. WE WILL NOT SELL TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES UNLESS YOU CAN PAY AMERICAN CASH IN PERSON WHEN YOU COME TO PICK UP THE CAR.
