This Regal has just 3200 original miles on the clock and it is barely broken in! We have recently purchased the car from an insurance company with water damage announcement. When we got the car, the water level appeared to be below the bottom of seats. There was NO damage to the engine or transmission. We have carefully inspected the vehicle to make sure there is no water in the fluids. We have also professionally detailed the interior and installed a brand new battery. The car runs and drives GREAT with no problems. Engine, transmission and most electronic components including the radio, climate control etc work fine. There are some minor electrical issues such as airbag control module needs replacement due to water damage. Also, all windows except driver won't open from the driver window switch, but open fine from their own switches. The interior is very clean with no rips or odors of any kind. This is a NON-smoker vehicle. All tires are still in great shape. Due to huge number of vehicles affected by Hurricane Sandy, insurance companies simply do not have time to carefully inspect every car. They do not attempt to start the vehicles or verify the mileage if the battery is dead etc. That's why they mark "Not actual miles" on the paperwork for most cars, including this one.
