This is a BEAUTIFUL!!!!! unmolested original mostly garage kept motorcycle. This is the perfect bike to keep original and take to shows or use as a weekend cruiser. You will not fine many Honda 650's in this kind of original condition with such low original miles. The bike is still wearing original factory metallic brown or root beer color paint in mint condition. And is still on original Dunlop K127 and F11 tubeless tires that still hold air. The bike has no damage to paint or chrome. It has nice original seat, paint, side covers (one has a small crack near tab), speedo, tac, etc. and chrome is awesome. It even has the original mirrors.Bike appears to have never been down. The bike was stored away for the last 7 years waiting to be worked on. The bike was put away after buying another bike by the last owner without draining the fuel or removing the battery so it would not run when I bought it. I removed the gas tank and flushed out all the old gas. I then cleaned the filter at the pet cock and removed the carbs. I took apart the carbs just to clean them. The jets were clogged bad and a few of the float needles were stuck. I cleaned everything well and put them back together. While putting them back on the bike I noticed that the air box had a hole in it about the size of a golf ball. It looked like the battery acid or maybe something else melted a hole in the plastic. Anyway I just put duct tape over the hole so a replacement air box (20.00 on ebay) is in order. I know how these Hondas run if they are sucking too much air. I then put a new battery in it and cleaned the spark plugs. The good news is the bike is running and the engine sounds excellent. No smoke or rod noises. However, I am not a motorcycle mechanic and although I did not change any settings the bike will only run with the choke slightly pulled out. This may be because it just needs to run for a while or it may need a professional to tune the carbs, or I missed something while cleaning carbs. I have driven the bike about 2 miles. It drives fine and shifts through the gears good. The brakes and clutch all work properly. And so do the gauges, lights, tach, speedo, and odometer. The tires are a little dry and cracked. I took many pictures of the bike so you can get a good look at it. It has the original tool kit and owners manual. All the gauges and lights work as they should and no warning lights are on. I have a clear title for the motorcycle from 2005 which was signed by previous owner but I never put it in my name. It was parked away as a project I would get to one day to restore. My plans have changed and I am looking for a 55 ford truck so I have decided to sell the bike. If you have a problem with the open title I can get it in my name but the winning bidder with have to pay the extra fees of 75.00. I didn't title it in my name because that will allow me to sell the bike for a lower price. I expect a $525.00 non refundable deposit by pay pal which includes a $25.00 pay pal fee.
