The car has some mileage on it but has never given me any major issues I have uploaded multiple pictures showcasing the vehicle and will go in depth with the condition below. Mechanical:+ A/C + Heat work great + Smooth Transmission, no slipping or jerking+ Solid Engine+ All lights /steering wheel controls / Cruise Control work great+ Front Ceramic brake pads and rear pads in very good condition+ All tires are the same make/brand, with about 60% tread left+ Spare tire Recent Service: + Changed Catalytic Converter at 156k miles, estimated good for 50k more+ Changed original C/V axles at 156k miles+ Brake fluid flush done at 163K Things to note:· Small oil leak near distributor probably bad o-ring· Driver side wheel bearing needs replacement· Bearings on one of the belt pulleys has gone bad or belt needs retightening, you may notice some noise while accelerating· Brakes are not as firm as on a new car, new owner could look into possibly adjusting pedal or cylinder· E Brake needs adjusting Cosmetic:+ Seats and mats are in great condition with Civic front mats+ Clean doors, dash, trunk+ Clean engine compartment for a car this age Things to note:· Needs paint - clear coat on roof and trunk are wearing out· Scratches throughout body· Some scuffs shown in pictures· One noticeable scratch/dent on driver’s side door, shown in pictures· Few parts of interior upholstery are worn, review photos Overall this is a great car with only need for some minor mechanical work, replacing parts and such. + Aftermarket radio receiver installed, amp and bass hookups are available + Included are photos as well of the service log for the car since it was purchased.
