We are stressing that the taxes be paid properly to satisfy our Federal, State, and local governments.
If a vehicle is shipped, we must follow the guidelines as well. If a Bill of Laden is produced on a vehicle that is actually being shipped with all necessary information then our company will not collect sales tax unless you choose to pay the sale tax to us and then we will submit the tax to the state as we are required, otherwise it will be your responsibility to pay the required taxes when you register the vehicle; unless, you choose to just pay the sales tax to our company, in which case we will remit the tax to the State of Florida. The reason we go to this length is to prevent any misunderstandings, so that everyone is on the same page.
This makes the transaction run much smoother. We all must understand, sales tax is due and must be paid according to the laws in all respective States. If you want a third party to inspect the vehicle before it leaves our premises then please make arrangements with us to accomodate you in getting the third party inspection done. A fee to have the inspection will be charged by the third party to you directly and this charge will be discussed on a per vehicle basis. We appreciate everyones understanding!
