Vehicle Detail

*******PLEASE READ**** I just rcvd a factual estimate from scratch away inc in Omaha and all three boo boos on this van(2bumper scratches and door crease) can be fixed beautifully for only $450 total! That is over $1000 less than what your typical body shop would fix these for. I can take the van after purchase for you and have these done,( it only takes ONE 1 DAY) and have it ready for delivery quick! You set up the details with scratch away and make payment to them and you still come out wayyyy ahead compared to KBB value($1200 less)!!!! A bargain on a nice van, inside and out! ***This Van is priced at $5253 in the KBB under "good" condition. *** I am only asking $3700! What a deal for a great van that runs fantastic! Beautiful interior and a few boo boos on the exterior that can be fixed for cheap. This Odyssey has been a good vehicle for our family. The options and comfort were something we had not experienced before. Heated seats, climate control, power sliding doors and tan leather which doesn't get too hot, just to name a few. We like having the stereo control and cruise on the wheel. It drives good and runs good as a Honda should. If you are considering buying an Odyssey in the approx. 99-2004 years, and the transmission has not been replaced or rebuilt, you may want to reconsider. We had the famous Odyssey transmission failure. It was perfect one moment with no sign of a problem, and then gone the next. ZERO ADVANCE NOTICE. We decided not to go with a factory tranny since the Honda transmissions were repeatedly going out according to research we did. People in this situation had the best outcome with entirely rebuilt trannies so we had it rebuilt from scratch and it was a successful choice. Our van has a newer stronger torque converter along with all new parts. These transmissions run upward of $4000. Our rebuild was $2500. We have the receipt if you want to see it. Just Google " Odyssey Transmission problems " to see the many thousands of people affected by this situation. Several years of the Odyssey have this issue and Honda won't help hardly anyone out of warranty, especially if you are not the original owner. The interior is in very nice condition. The leather has held up very nicely and look good. The carpets and mats look good with no big stains. The dash is in very nice shape and the tinting is great. The a/c is awesome! The van gets about 25-26mpg highway and we drive to Omaha pretty regularly(32 miles) so most miles are highway. This mpg is at 63-65mph. The tires were new last year and we bought great tires. They handle excellent in snow, rain, ice etc and have tons of tread left. Gotta keep the wife and four children safe. The timing belt and water pump were replaced at 100k. Regular oil changes and lubrication. One of the belts on the engine sqeaks every now and then, but nothing outstanding at all. This van is a solid vehicle as Hondas should be. The exterior has a few bumps and you can see the them in the pics. Hardly noticeable when you are driving down the road. Also a crack across the bottom of the windshield that rises in the left corner. $159 to replace these, but it doesn't need replacing unless it impedes the view of the driver. KBB lists this vehicle as "good" condition and recommends a value for private sale at $5253, and more for a dealer of course. Make me an offer, a reasonable one. My name is David Any questions please use the option given in the listing through ebay. I will respond as soon as possible. I have tried to be as thoughtful as possible and hope this van goes to a good home for years to come. Good luck! This vehicle is " as is " and there is no warranty whatsoever on it or with it..
