1949 International Harvester "Rat Rod" This Truck is completely spotless! Fresh build, just finished. Fully custom professionally built frame for this truck, body is in excellent condition, professionally done striping, drivetrain, engine and tires all have less than 50 miles on them. The block has been align bored, the lifters bushed, cylinders overboard .030 and fitted with a Lunati 3.75" stroker crank, 6" Eagle rods capped with SRP Sportsman dome pistons. All breathing into a set of 202 double hump heads that have been "worked" over $1000 in just labor put into these. Heads are Studded and gurdled. Other bits include Total Seal rings, Federal Mogul bearings, ARP fasteners, Fel-Pro gaskets and the rest of the usual HiPo engine buildup suspects. A port matched Victor SR. Single plane aluminum intake manifold topped with a Holley 650 Vac secondary carb (with a vacuum tap for my vacuum advance distributor) Comp cams Ultra comp 1.6:1 roller rockers are installed on the intake valves and 1.5:1 rockers are installed on the exhaust valves. Moroso push rods. A CompCams roller cam runs the valve train. Ultra comp stud girdles holds this all together. Engine and Trans are both cooled by new radiators and electric fans. So no worries about running hot. This motor is done right to be reliable on the street but have the power you want when you need to show people what your 49 International has. The Transmission was rebuilt with the motor, it is a TH350 with a 3500-3800 stall. Pairs up very nicely with the engine. Rear end is also a freshly rebuilt ford 9" with 3.89 ratio. All of this matched up to a set of Hoosier 33x21.5rx18LT Radials. Only flaw on truck is a crack in the passenger side window.(Barely noticable and does not effect normal function)Quoted $35 to have a new piece of glass cut, but wanted to keep all glass original.
