Previous owner hit passenger front of the car against something. allignment is off for this reason. It will need an adjustable track bar and a camber kit in the front to fix all alignment problems. car needs tires. Both front seats are broken so it will need front seats. no power steering but car has a manual rack so its not really an issue.
