well preserved z with only 78500 miles , the interior is 100% original and no cracks on the dashboard, ,everything works including the stereo and clock and guages. In 2006 with only 72,000 miles , showing actual on the title , this car was upgraded with performance goodies, im fairly certain the motor is not the original as the bottom halve is red and I believe in 1970 they are blue, however I could be wrong, the point being is the motor is a higher horsepower motor than stock with 3 carburators instead of 2. The project cost over 11k dollars fom paint to motor to brakes and suspension.I purchased this car 1 year ago as I had multiple z cars when I was young. I was suprised that I could not fit comfortably in the car as I did when I was young, and became dissapointed. I still kept the car because I liked looking at it in the garage and now I have found a 1970 gto convertible 455 which I also had when younger and I think this will fit better than the Z and the dogs can go to the beach as well. I have owned alot of cars over the years and buy and sell later model cars for a living mostly camrys and japanese cars. Now turning 50 Im trying to relive those glory days. I like the Z alot it runs great shifts great and sounds great and always will get at least 3 thumbs up or nice car or what is that from the older people at the stop light Im selling at no reserve. I would like the auction to run smoothly as Im using the monies to buy the gto. thanks
