Vehicle Detail

Relisting!!!!! I aggressively dropped the buy it now, and the reserve!!!!!! This truck is worth every cent of $15k +! but is now priced way under!!!!! *****************************Up for sale is my beautiful, 98% Rust Free, 1977 Ford Bronco. This is the last year of the most sought after, iconic first generation Ford Bornco! I purchased this truck from the 2nd owner who, due to a death in the family, let the truck sit for over 9 years until I picked her up and began working on her. There is a lot of love in this truck. The truck is an original Colorado Bronco. It is a Factory high option truck so it came with an automatic transmission, factory air, power steering and power disc brakes. I have owned a few of these trucks and this is by far the nicest. She is not a show truck but turns heads wherever she goes!I hate to see her go. I had big plans for it but we need to downsize so it is time to let her go. this would make a great daily driver or an excellent candidate for a full blown restoration! It is very complete and super clean! I will list everything I know and try to be as descriptive as possible.

***DRIVETRAIN: This Bronco has the original 302 5.0, 2bbl that has been rebuilt with less than 4k miles on it. It had performance upgrades done during the building process such as a big RV cam and ported heads. It also has a K&N, long tube headers and a 3" flowmaster that makes this beast sound amazing! I just had a tune up done and rebuilt the carburetor. (all done professionally). It starts right up and runs very strong and makes plenty of power with excellent oil pressure. Oh, did I mention tht this thing sounds sweet!!? The C4 auto trans has a mild shift kit and shifts smoothly through all of the gears. The pan on the trans seeps a bit and will leave an occasional drip on the ground but not bad. That is the only leak on the truck. It has the standard 9" rear with the Dana 44 front, the transfer case functions great and shifts in and out of 4 wheel drive smoothly. It has a 3" Wild Horses progressive rate coil lift and James Duff shocks. The disc brakes work good and stop the truck fine. Most of the A/C stuff is there but it is missing some parts I think. It has been that way since I bought it but it is an original factory air truck. The power steering works smooth with no noise. When driving the truck, it jerks and pulls a bit around 50 mph. My mechaninc said it needs an alignment and maybe new track bar bushings.? I have only driven it to the corner store and back and it is fine for those trips but I would recommend getting her aligned before taking it over 50. The tires are the same ones from when I bought it. They are BFGoodrich A/T 33-10.50-r15's. The tread is good and they hold air but they are dry rotted and I would recommend replacing them as well. Both fuel tanks have been flushed (1977 was 1st year of plastic tanks!) and the selector works great and pulls from both tanks fine.

***EXTERIOR: The paint on this truck is glossy and shiny, but does have some dings, chips, and bubbles that you would expect from an older paint job. All of the panels are very straight. The only "dents" I could see are on the lower grill shell where the old bumper got pushed into it but it is not bad. Some of the chips have been touched up with a paint pen but looks nice and I would say it’s a driver quality paint job. You will not win a high dollar show contest with this paint but it looks great from 10 feet away. You will get compliments all day long. All of the glass is in great shape. I put a brand new front bumper on it when I bought it. All of the original trim is there and in good shape. She has new Bushwacker rear flares that look great. I get compliments on this truck EVERY time I drive it. It really turns heads and looks awesome! All the exterior lights work, tail lights, markers, signals, brakes, head lights, plate light, etc. The taillights are a bit fogged but the rest of the lights and lenses are like new.

***INTERIOR: The interior of thid Bronco is in great condition. The seats are clean and rip/tear free, they do show some signs of use but nothing bad at all. The entire tub has been sprayed with Bullhyde bed liner and looks great. The door pannels are original and do show some wear but still look great. It has a New AM/FM-CD deck but the speakers are not hooked up. The dash is clean and not touched up, so it has some nicks and chips. I have tried to show everything in the pictures. The dash pad has a replacement shell on it that is very nice. All of the windows, cranks, levers, knobs, handles, locks, switches, and buttons work like they should. And the guages work great also. The floor pans were replaced before the liner was sprayed and as for rust, the only through rust I can find is on the inner fender well. This is the 3rd Bronco I’ve owned and by far the cleanest.

*** OVERALL This is a fantastic example of an early Ford Bronco. The hood, tailgate, tire rack and doors all shut nice and tight. It is clean and gets compliments every time it is out of the garage. You can do just a couple small things and have an incredible daily driver or this is an excellent canvas for you to take to the next level!! Not far from being a VERY high dollar Bronco! Just add you! I would recommend shipping it instead of driving it due to the alignment issue. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE SERIOUS…HAVE THE CASH AND ARE PREPARRED TO SET UP PICK-UP OR SHIPPING. If you have less than 5 feedback or less than 90% feedback please contact me before bidding. This is a LOW RESERVE auction!

Thanks!!! The buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs and arrangements.A $500 Deposit is required within 24hrs of auction end. This Bronco is sold AS-IS with no warranties or gauranties implied. Please ask any and all questions before you bid. I will be happy to answer any and all questions and send more pics if needed. Happy Bidding!
