This 328i comes with impressive Dynamic Stability Control System, which includes the usual anti-lock, traction control, stability enhancement, and brake control functions, and can compensate for the effects of brake fade and water on the discs. It does so by increasing hydraulic pressure when brake temperatures rise. When the throttle pedal is abruptly released, the brake pads are pressed snugly against the rotors in preparation for braking thus decreasing the brake reaction time. Equipped with windshield-wiper rain-sensing system which detects moisture, the brake pads are periodically brought just close enough to the rotors to wipe away any water film for better braking performance when it is needed. Another nice feature is theconnectivity between the rain-sensing wipers and the automatic headlights; when rain activates the wipers it also activates the headlights. Standard equipment includes driver and front passenger airbags, seat airbags, and roof Airbags. The interior design and comfort onlyreinforces BMW's reputation. It's slightly roomier and quieter than before, and it has more of a luxury car character. Front-seat comfort is first-rate. Rear-seat space is Excellent. Nighttime access is helped by Exterior LED’s inside the door Handles which Illuminate around the car when Un-locking and Locking, also with interior courtesy lighting. BMW's NEW LED Headlights stand out like no other! Appearing first on the 2011 model Coupe, they are much different, and better than the 2010 model. REASON FOR SALVAGE TITLE:Now for the history of this car, it was involved in a minor, and when we say minor, we mean MINOR, front end 'fender bender'. This BMW is aligned just like the rest of our cars on a Laser Rack to ensure there are no frame/suspension issues. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will payoff the car. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have a single scratch on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We DO NOT buy anything with major damage. You are looking at a Beautiful 2012 BMW 328i, powered by a powerful in-line six-cylinder, 3.0L DOHC, delivering 230 horsepower through an automatic 6 Speed Steptronic Transmission.
This 328i comes with impressive Dynamic Stability Control System, which includes the usual anti-lock, traction control, stability enhancement, and brake control functions, and can compensate for the effects of brake fade and water on the discs. It does so by increasing hydraulic pressure when brake temperatures rise. When the throttle pedal is abruptly released, the brake pads are pressed snugly against the rotors in preparation for braking thus decreasing the brake reaction time.
Equipped with windshield-wiper rain-sensing system which detects moisture, the brake pads are periodically brought just close enough to the rotors to wipe away any water film for better braking performance when it is needed. Another nice feature is the
connectivity between the rain-sensing wipers and the automatic headlights; when rain activates the wipers it also activates the headlights.
Standard equipment includes driver and front passenger airbags, seat airbags, and roof Airbags. The interior design and comfort only
reinforces BMW's reputation. It's slightly roomier and quieter than before, and it has more of a luxury car character. Front-seat comfort is first-rate. Rear-seat space is Excellent. Nighttime access is helped by Exterior LED’s inside the door Handles which Illuminate around the car when Un-locking and Locking, also with interior courtesy lighting.
BMW's NEW LED Headlights stand out like no other! Appearing first on the 2011 model Coupe, they are much different, and better than the 2010 model. Very bright white 'Angel Eye/Corona Lights' will shine the entire road ahead without even the use of HID headlight beams, and the two combines, are more than impressive. LED turn signals, and automatic cornering assist make this headlight stand out and perform like no other in its class. Tail lights are now also LED type, giving the all new 3 Series Model a NICE makeover!
For performance driving, the shift lever can be placed in Steptronic mode for manual control.
Overseeing the entire chassis arrangement is the automakers Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) technology, which intervenes if a loss of vehicle control is imminent. DSC can be turned off by a push of a button if needed.
REASON FOR SALVAGE TITLE:
Now for the history of this car, it was involved in a minor, and when we say minor, we mean MINOR, front end 'fender bender'. (Please see PICTURES BELOW for Pre-Repair condition). There was absolutely NO Frame, NO Suspension, NOR Mechanical Damage Present on the car. This BMW is aligned just like the rest of our cars on a Laser Rack to ensure there are no frame/suspension issues. The Front bumper and hood had VERY Minor damage to them, and probably cannot even be seen in the pictures, but there was a small gouge in the front bumper, and dent at the front of the hood, of course they were both repaired and painted PROFESSIONALLY at our OWN Body Shop facility which specializes in the repair of the 3 Series BMW SPECIFICALLY!
This car has been repaired all the way and has been brought back to its original condition. All repairs are done at our own professional shop (Exell Autobody) with extensive experience in foreign cars especially BMW’s. This car came out like it was never wrecked; repairs done to this car were simply amazing, everything is aligned perfectly, and paint is matched perfectly. WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS
Many people are not familiar with the meaning of Salvage Title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage" terminology: Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay
off the car. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have a single scratch on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We DO NOT buy anything with major damage.
Every state has a different process for registering a salvage vehicle, so please be sure to contact your local DMV for procedures to registering in your state. Most states have a pretty simple process, for example in the State of California, the only requirements are a
Brake and Light Inspection, Smog, and a Vin Verification. The whole
process takes about two hours, and you are ready to register the car. (We take car of that for California Buyers).
