VERY RARE 1987 HONDA ATC200X. I have owned this ATC for the last 13 years. I rode it gently when I first got it and it has been sitting in my garage for the last 10 years with only short rides in the neighborhood. When I first got it, it was in excellent shape and was bought by the second owner. There weren't any titles for these vehicles issued in that state at the time of purchase and I never applied for one here in Florida so it will be sold with a bill of sale. I replaced the swingarm bearings and seals , axle bearings and seals and steering bearings when I first got it. Also replaced was the handlebars and seat cover and clutch lever. These three items are not OEM. As you can see in the pics, it has been used but not molested. It is nice and tight when you sit on it and the axle is straight. It has the rare six speed transmission and keyed ignition. The carb has been cleaned recently and it starts on the first or second kick. The top end was rebuilt about 10 years ago and has barely been ridden since then. It has light smoke from the exhaust and I'm thinking it's from the carburetor running rich. It does not smell like oil. I think it just needs to be ridden since it has been sitting so long. The fuel tank has a small dent and the paint has some chips in it as shown in the pictures. The inside is impressively clean with very light rust on the very bottom. The tires are in excellent condition and hold air. The brake pads have been replaced since I bought it and barely have any use on them. The wheels are straight with only minor dents on the edge of the rims which came from normal wear and tear. Nothing major. All the lights and switches work like they should. It still has the original toolbox underneath. These ATC's are getting harder and harder to find. I also have some other parts available that I will offer to the winning bidder prior to listing them here on ebay which include another set of fenders (aftermarket), genuine Honda OEM tank decals for when the tank gets repainted and a 1987 frame decal. I will offer this item for local pickup ONLY or I may be able to deliver somewhere between Jacksonville, FL and Northern Virginia along I-95 for an additional fee as I am taking a trip up there two days after the auction ends.
