For Sale is our 1977 Volkswagen Bay Window Transport Clean Title. 2.0 litre fuel injected. 4 Speed Transmission. Restored a couple of years ago. Fresh repaint and new interior. Glass in good condition/Windshield brand new with nice tint band across the top Newer shocks and fuel pump. Valves recently done. All seals were replaced (doors, windows, etc.) with California style. Runs great. Can be driven daily. I bought this from the original owner ( who happened to be a women, too). I bought it over the phone ( auto trader mag) and had it shipped to me in San Diego from Sacramento. I knew it needed valves, but I did not know what shape the body was in. It was perfect no - damage at all - bumpers of course were scratched. I have redone my baby from interior to window seals to paint job. I have all the receipts for work I have had done, as well as receipts from the previous owner. I love this van, but it just sits, covered of course. I have two daughters that thinks it is uncool to ride in ( go figure) . I would really like it to go to someone who will drive and take extra care of Nelly ( her name).
