NO RESERVE you are bidding on a 1968 Triumph Bonneville matching numberslow original miles only 15,764 the bike had been stored since the early 70's when the original owner removed the engine to polish it completely a really good jobwhen he reinstalled the engine he put the oil pipes on backwards under the engine..fast forward 40 years I filled it with oil got a spark cleaned the carbs . it fired right up ....idled for about 20 seconds and I turned it off.unfortunatly the big ends lightly siezed to the extent it was hard to kick over..So I pulled the engine realized the oil pipes were backwards and stripped it down replacing with new mainscrank was perfect bores were standard and perfect I put a new set of rings in. nice rebuildIt again fired up easily and ran beautifully I did a couple of miles and it sat in the garage again..So now its time for a new homehere is descriptioncrazy 70's paint I left it but easily can be restored back to a stock 68. Or just paint it flat blackquite a bit of chrome. engine plates brake leve side stand centre stand chainguard.engine bolts are spikes !! again easily replacedmufflers look like dunstall shortys and sound perfectchrome on bars and wheels is a bit dull in places with a bit of surface rustclutch is light and smoothhorn and headlight work fine I have not connected rear tail or rear running lightsfenders have been bobbed and chrome is a bit dulltires show sonme age cracks seat is good still showing triumph Logo.so there you are a really cool authentic cafe racer or the perfect bike with worry free engine to restore back to that classic 1968 Bonnevilleplease ask any questions before biddingI require $500 deposit by paypal within 24 hrs and balance prior to
