Up for bid is my faithfull mule. I have owned this bike for about 9 years and ridden it quite a bit. I used to use it as a camp bike while prospecting, and as recently as last winter commuted to work on it. The bike has never been restored and could use some TLC. I am the fourth owner since it was sold in April 1970 at Pomona Honda in Pomona California. I have the original owners book and tool kit, but no key, however keys can be ordered online. The bike is complete and can be ridden immediately with a fresh battery (the one that is in it sulfated and will not take a charge now). The seat cover gave up the ghost last fall, but the foam is in acceptable condition and can be fixed with a new cover available from many sources. The taillight lens is broken and needs to be replaced. The front fender reflector is intact and on the bike. The fuel tank is clean and has very little rust, I included a picture taken of the open fuel tank where the bottom of the tank can be seen. Look through the pictures and make your bid. The bike is currently located 35 miles outside Carson City Nevada, and shipping can be arranged from a business address in Silver Springs Nevada, or I could arrange to meet someone in the Reno, or Carson City Areas. I can crate the bike for shipping at an additional cost after the auction. I may consider delivery to The Placerville, Quincy, or Auburn California areas for a fee.
