I have had many corvettes and this is the nicest one that i have ever owned. 1988 red with tan saddle interior engine and transmission are very good..its been three years since it been tuned up. so it would benifit from one.transmission is automatic and shifts smooth..I feel you can drive this car anyplace you want to with out any major problems.. tires are 50 percent and ready for new ones. seats, carpets and the whole inside of the car are beautiful! close to perfect..color is saddle. all power things in and on the car work as they should..lights,power seats,power windows,power locks are all good!! the car drives and handles beautiful...it turns heads where ever it goes..its no rattle box.. .. With all this said. and i will say it again..the car is beautiful! and it runs great! im not a mechanic, but i want to be as honest as i can be..when i first got the car. The top came off while i was driving it..so i brought another one..they said it fit. but it really didnt..the holes did not line up correctlly..So i still have the old one and the new one. you may have to get another one..the car was alway garaged for me..and i keep it bolted in the rear bolts.. the dash board cluster seems to be acting up..it fads on and off..itt started doing that last year..it does not effect the way the car runs.. the air and heat worked last year. you might have to recharge the air this year..I have not checked that yet..The battery was dead when i went out to check it..so tomorrow im going out to buy a new battery.. the paint is a shinny red..but it could use a detail.... with all that said..the cars runs and drives great! its a head turner just the way it is..the inside is beautiul.. i would not be selling it. but im losing my storage..i was going to give it to my son next year.. the title is a clear new jersey state title..Not salvage are rebuilt.. If you live in new jersey and want to see the car before you buy it..be my guest..i will be more then happy to let you inspect it.. Im sure im being very stupit about this. But im starting the bid at $ 1000.00 with no reserve...if your the high bidder you will own it..
