Selling my '35 Ford. I bought it as a mate to my Chevys but it's just not for me so I'm putting it up for sale. The car is in very good original condition. I believe the paint to be original and there is no filler on the body. It has a flathead V8 which is loose and ran when parked. The brakes have been updated from the original mechanical to the Ford hydraulics that began in 1939. There are 5 original spoke rims with tires that will get you around. Doors are complete with windows and the interior trim, fasteners and handles are in place as well. The interior is original and could use replacing. It's all usable but the headliner had fallen and I removed it rather than let it hang there. The outer roof material is intact and the wood bows are in excellent condition. Grill and horn are original and in good shape. The headlights do not have any dents. Both taillights are there and complete. The front fenders are in excellent condition with no rust or welds and only one 1/2" crack on left fender. The rear fenders are solid except for the typical rust spot where the running boards mate up. Please see picture. The running boards and mounts are solid. The underside of the car has only minor surface rust and is really in good shape. This car was not sitting on a cold wet concrete floor and that makes all the difference in the world. The cab floor is in great shape with just a small spot where drivers left foot rests. Dirty shoes I guess and an easy fix. I think the car is a great candidate to restore or with a little work could be driven as is (just not in style, as they say). Feel free to contact me with any questions.
