1968 Corvette Coupe - PROJECT This car has all the components but does not run. I purchased the car through an on-line auction with several other "projects" and have to let one go.The vette appears to have been sitting for quite some time and someone had begun a restoration attempt (paint). The drive train appears intact but there is significant surfacerust and some frame rot. I can not be certain if the frame is repairable or not. You should assume the chassis needs to be replaced. The car needs a total restoration!The car had a registration from New Jersey but did NOT have a flood salvage title. The title is clear and in my name in Texas. This car would be a great candidate for a restorod. The engine DOES NOT match. You will probably need to rebuild the engine if you decide to keep it. We tried to turn it over but itwas very hard to turn. Please contact me with questions. I am happy to send pictures and allow inspections of the car. I have tried to adequately describe the condition of the car and what will be neededto get the car back to "life".
