Vehicle Detail
Up for auction, a really great condition Honda CB350 motorcycle. This is the bike you need. Not too many around like this beauty! This is not some barn find bike, this is an actual runner, and its about as good as you will find. The previous owner purchased from the original owner about 4 years ago. Both gentlemen used this bike as a daily runner. I purchased from him last month, put hours of work into getting it running well, and have since decided to sell because I have too many bikes. Here is what I know: Clear Wisconsin title. see pics below- compression testing done today shows 162 PSI on left cylinder and 156 PSI on right cylinder. These are cold readings. 14600 miles on odometerall lights and electrical functions work as shouldbrand new battery was purchased and installed last week by me. Carbs were rebuilt and float levels were set by me last week using two OEM carb rebuild kitstiming and points adjusted my me last weekvalves adjusted last week by meoil changed last week by me new fuel lines and two new fuel filterspetcock rebuilt last week by me using OEM petcock rebuild kitinside of tank looks like the day it rolled off factory floor- not a single speck of rust or corrosion inside. pipes are stock without rust or damageseat is without rips or tears wheels are nearly perfect. no rust, dings, or scratchesCheng sing tires are both brand new, proper size, are the proper look for this bike, and include new tubeschrome on bumpers in excellent conditionno cracks on tail light, blinkers or headlight new NGK spark plugs and spark plug caps installed today by me. Check out my pictures and videos. The videos were taken today and show that the bike starts, shifts and runs very well. You will also see all the electrical functions work perfectly, including horn, starter, signals, idiot lights, kill switch, brake light and brake light switch, etc. This bike does not need anything. It runs and starts right up. If it were me, I would keep it stock and ride it because its that nice. It would also make a great donor for a cafe bike, although it would be a shame to use such a nice bike for that purpose. As for the bad- there really isn't much I can say. The paint on the tank and side covers is 40 years old, so it shows. There are some faded areas as expected. The side covers have some black speckles that I cannot get out- looks to me like some paint overspray, but I am not sure. The tank has a tiny little kink on the left side near bottom that is only really visible if you run your hand over it. I wouldn't even really call it a dent. Otherwise, as mentioned, its 40 years old so no warranty is given. Local pickup in Waukesha/ Milwaukee area. I can assist with shipping bike and prefer uship services. Usually its between $250-500 depending on location. Deposit of $500 paypal required. Remaining balance in full when bike is picked up. I can accept paypal for entire purchase price but winning bidder must add 3% to cover fees. Thanks for looking. On May-09-13 at 12:34:35 PDT, seller added the following information: I had a question from someone regarding the year of this bike. There are two different models of the cb350 that were sold as a 1973. This model for sale is the cb350K4 which came in red, had a locking seat, larger side cover emblems, and drum front brakes. Honda also made a 1973 cb350G which did not come in red, had a disc front brake, had chrome upper front fork covers, and had a wider tank stripe. Hope this alleviates any questions. To summarize, my ad is accurate as listed and this is a cb350K4, 1973.Thanks for looking
