Hi, up for auction is my 1988 bmw 325i convertible. The car runs very good just needs a few minor things to make it right. the body has a few dents nothing major. No rust on the car body or floors, very solid. new rear shocks,new front & rear brakes (pads, rotors, sensors), new maganflow cat, magnaflow muffler, new timing belt/water (from previous owner),4 brand new falken tires, new steering pump,radiator,battery,shifter linkage rebuilt,new fuel injection hoses. Car runs very smooth at warmed up idle. transmission shifts great. the check engine came on after i took out the radiator to replace the waterpump fan, so i assume it has something to do with that., but doesn't over heat. the ac belt is disconnected so i just leave the ac switch on.the fan only works when the ac switch is on so it may need a cooling fan switch located on the thermostat housing. car does not leak fluids. convertible top is original and in decent shape with a few pin holes, but i am including a brand new top with the plastic glass. the dash top was replaced with new replacement. This is a 25 rear old car and qualifies for classic insurance ($100 year). The car needs a few things but can be driven as they are done to it.all lights work. I need to sell because i have another project to finish and bought this car prematurely on impulse. took off fog lamps, but still goes with the car.
