Up for auction is a 1965 Ford Mustang G.T. 350 Replica.This is not just another throwed together Fastback clone or G.T. , 350 clone, this is a real Fastback and a factory white car to begin with. This car is new front to back, there has been no stone (nut & bolt) overlooked or unturned on this car. Engine is a 289 rebuilt to Hi-Po Specs and is all new thru out. Trans is a top loader completely rebuilt by bluegrass mustang. This Fastback is 100% rust free with new rear quarters and hood that was professionally done, and the paint is base clear that is good and straight and looks smooth as glass. All new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, fly wheel, brakes, shocks, All new front end parts and alignment and new springs thru out. I tried to replicate a real G.T. 350 and I feel it represents itself well, correct style exhaust on a 65 that exist in front of the rear tires. If you notice I even put the spare tire and wheel assembly with the correct rear panels located in the rear seat area, this is not a cobbled up job, professionally done and looks like a new one would have in 1965. It has correct Cobra breather and valve covers and engine bay detailed highly, looks great. Complete detailed undercarriage with no rust or rot and looks very nice as well. Car runs and drives very nice, all lights work, brand new Rally Pac Tach and clock. I just put a brand new set of 17'' Americans with new Toyo radials. All the chrome and trim on the car is either new or has been restored. This Mustang is show ready and your friends and neighbors wont know it from a real one. This is one extremely nice car guys and gals. If you are looking for a show quality Fastback this might be the car for you. You cannot begin to restore a rust bucket to this level as I've learned, your better off to buy one done. Check my feedback it speaks for itself, I sell a few cars every year from my collection and this is the first one to list this year. I have a business building project that is costing me several dollars thus the main reason for the sell of this car. The restoration was done in 2010 and looks like it was done yesterday.The interior in the fastback has been restored to new as well and looks like a new one.
