Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1967 Chevrolet RS Camaro, Restomod. This is a real 3L which means Rally Sport per the Trim Tag. This is a car that has been in my personal collection since the spring of 2002. I have spent more money on this car than I care to talk about. Frame -off restoration done in 2007 on a 47,xxx Actual mile car. This was virtually a rust free car with only the rear quarters & outer wheel houses replaced. Besides the hood all other sheet metal is original to the car.I had this car media blasted, then etched primed and professionally booth painted then colored sanded and buffed to an absolute mirror shine. This car without a doubt has the best paint of any car I own, is 67 Bolero Red which is one of the prettiest red's you will ever look at in my opinion. Engine is a 383 Stroker that was done by Cropper Engines which is a local well known machine shop. This is a very well balanced engine that is very street friendly but has the best sound of any motor I've ever listened too, It is an attention getter as soon as you hit the key, I can't stress enough how good it sounds. The interior is all new, which I'll tell you it was original and was in good condition, I just thought it looked dated so therefore all new: Carpet, Headliner, Seat Covers, Door Panels, Sail Panels, Package Tray, Dash Pad, you get the picture. This is a real Rally Sport with rare tilt wheel, factory Tach, & Console Gauges. All gauges work and the headlights open with the switch and close like they should. All outside trim has either been nos or restored or otherwise new OEM. Everything fits perfect and all gaps and lines are better than when it was new. This car has been a favorite of my collection, the only reason I am selling is to fund a business building project of mine. You wont find a better build or better looking one on Ebay, this is not something that was throwed together for a sale, this is a quality car and you wont be disappointed. The rear end is all new with a Richmond 373 Ring Gear and Auburn Posi unit, very quiet and smooth as silk. Trans is a Muncie M-20 rebulit and quiet as a new one, shifts great with Hurst shifter. Since restored the car has not had 500 miles put on it, I don't drive my cars if they are this nice, takes to much to get them to suit me and I'm anal about my vehicles. Frame was removed, blasted, painted a satin black, with all new body mounts. Engine Specs: 3790010 Block the best GM ever built in my opinion. Decked, Line Bored,Stroked,Balanced, Pro-Heads- cast, roller set up Eagle Kit- Rotating Assembly. Comp. Roller Cam & Lifters AFR polished intake, Roller Rockers, Cloyes Timing Chain, Double Roller, ARP Bolts. Heavy Duty Oil Pump Stud Girdles. All new gaskets, completely new from one end to another, the best of the best. Undercarriage is clean and in Satin Black finish, car had mint rust free floors thru out, never no patches or replacement bushings. All new front end parts, springs, shocks etc. rear springs and shocks are new, new gas tank and lines, all new break lines. The engine block was even booth painted, not rattle canned. If your looking for a show quality Camaro that you can show and drive, this may be the car for you. If you have questions feel free to call @ 937-725-7517. Please don't e-mail me asking for the reserve price because I will not answer.
