Last bidder wins! Here is your chance to get a great used pickup at a great deal. Engine runs good, transmission shifts smooth and the brakes stop well. The engine does have a quiet knock to it which almost goes away once it is warm. It is not a heavy knock and sounds kind of like a loose pulley. It doesn't really affect the truck a lot. It still goes down the road just fine and seems to have full power. We had our mechanic look at this morning and he said it is the common "GM knock". He said he didn't think it needed immediate repair and these have been known to run and knock like this for many years afterwards but he said eventually the motor may need to be replaced. For the purposes of this auction, we are disclosing the knock and selling as is. You may get a couple of years out of it before you have to do the major work, you may not. The truck is well worth saving. We're hoping to find the right buyer for this truck, maybe someone who has a wrecked one with a good motor. The body is nice and clean with only a few minor cosmetic flaws. The truck has misc. scratches, dings etc. from age and use. There was some previous body work done in the area of the left rear wheel well. There is a small crack in some of the body filler. Interior is nice and clean with no rips or tears. All four tires are Definity Dakota HT with approximately 60-70% tread remaining in the front and 30-40% in the rear. See pictures for details. The vehicle is being stored at a trucking facility and we can be very flexible with helping a shipper load the vehicle or arranging a pick up time. Delivery within New England is possible for a fee.
