Ofcourse the hybrid works correct and drives fantastic like a prius should. This does come with a commercial 25ft extention cord to plug up. Please call before purchasing to find out details on this. This is a conversion package that was done on this prius. There were no 2008 model prius's with the plug in unless you had a conversion plug - in package installed. This type of package cost 10,000 dollars to put in including equipment.
