Up for auction is a 1997 Dodge Dakota, 3.9L V6 Magnum, 4X2, Extended Cab Pickup, that was recently donated to our charity and is being sold with no reserve. Although it has 181k miles, the vehicle runs and drives, and recently passed a MA state inspection good through December 2013. It was in working use until the day it was given to us, and the donor said he simply bought a new pickup and did not need this any longer. Our mechanic reviewed the vehicle and did not find any major issues of concern. There are no check engine or warning lights or any visible leaks to report. It is not a new vehicle so it runs a bit rough, but considering its age and miles it runs pretty well, and hopefully you can still get some significant miles from it. SEE THE PHOTOS FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE BODY: There are spots of rust in several locations that are visible on the pictures, especially on the bumbers. The driver mirror has one crack going vertically on the mirror from top to bottom. Overall, for its age the body is in pretty nice condition and can be restored. This vehicle is equipped with a 6 cylinder, 3.9 liter engine and automatic transmission. The odometer shows 181,492 miles. The vehicle is equipped with the standard options: 4x2 drive, radio, ac/heat. It has gray fabric interior that is in nice condition and a second seat in the rear of the cabin for the family.
