NO RESERVE LISTING!! NEED TO SELL This VW was my son's prior to his motorcycle accident. He will not be able to drive for some time and we need to sell some of the projects. 1968 Beetle originally from Kentucky. New starter, alternator, clutch cable, front floor pans. Narrowed and lowered front end that is adjustable. Includes two new lowered front spindles that are ready to be installed. It has a custom exhaust system with new flat hot rod black and red flake paint (done in October of last year). There are no heat boxes installed, j-tubes instead. Tires are in good shape. Interior is good but drivers seat is torn. The heat channels/rockers are rusty. When vehicle was purchased last fall the prior owner stated that the motor had been rebuilt about 65,000 miles ago. Have no receipts but it gets up and goes. If you are looking for something new that never needs to be tinkered with this is not the car for you. All lights work and it is a good runner that turns heads everywhere it goes. The vehicle is currently located where my son was working. Call the shop at (815) 735-8526 and ask for Jim.
