Vehicle Detail
Greetings, I am selling my loved and very unique classic Plymouth Cuda. You can drive this car home where ever you are from! This is not a matching numbers AAR Cuda this is a 1974, 1970 CLONE and no one can tell the difference. I intend on selling the car in this auction so my reserve is set very low. If you buy this car, please make your deposit of 500 right away or within a day. IF you come see it within a week and don't think its worth every penny, I will refund your deposit minus 150$ for the listing fee and final value fee that ebay charges but this car ANY mopar fan would love, it has the essence of how the car felt when it was new. I decided to cancel the original auction to do it a slightly different way, and to re-done some things in my listing, some people were confused if this was an AAR or a clone. If you are serious about the car you can call me at 714-767-4777 First, the car is not all original, The car is now EV2 Tor-Red with black interior and 4 speed manual transmission, reason being is I wanted an AAR, the car needed to be completely re-done so I made it exactly what I wanted it to be which was a Tor-red 4 speed with black interior. This was a almost rust free Kentucky vehicle and was had a dent on the rear right quarter, a mismatched front fender and wrinkled and rust front right fender. A driver's floor was professionally installed, rear right quarter was replaced, front right fender was replaced with an actual EF8 Green AAR fender. Trunk has had some metal work roughed in but was never completed as it served my purposes fine as is, so the trunk as pictured still needs work. The car is not matching numbers, original motor was sold in 84, transmission was switched to a 4 speed before I received the vehicle and the original auto floor hump was modified, I changed the floor hump to the correct 4 speed floor hump so it is now perfect. The body shell is of a 74 Barracuda B5 blue V8, white leather interior auto. I have the fender tag for that car as well as a title in my name for that vehicle. The car has the CUDA Trans Am fender tag affixed on the inner fender right now. On to the good stuff. Was redone a year ago. The car is practically brand new with parts: New parts are as follows, - Drilled slotted front brakes - New calipers - 4 speed transmission was fully rebuilt by local transmission shop and has all brand new internals, bearings ect. -4 speed bushings kit, arms, ect -Engine 340 engine build in 69, rebuild to stock specs - Heads are Edelbrock Performer RPM Aluminum heads with high flow polished ports - 6 pack intake - 3x2 barrel carbs by Webber with all new 6 pack linkage -new carpet, dash cover -pistol grip -all accessories, hoses, wiring, plugs, dist, ect. -all new suspension, stock, ball joints, control arms ect. - Some areas are dynamated in doors and floor up and new sound deadening from mega parts -rear drums are new -rear tray is new -seats are from a 71 cuda -Tires are brand new, rims are vintage 1970 magnesium alloy. -new headers, has correct aar exhaust -Aluminum 4 core radiator with electric fans -Brand New front bumper ----NOT installed I have the fog lights or running lights that go below the bumper, a new head liner, the whole ceiling inside is done in dynamat and I have the squares that go in the front grille for the AAR STATS: 340 non TA block 6 pack, 4 speed manual transmission, 323 sure grip rear end. This car is very fast, I estimate it has around 400 horse maybe more, with these heads and a 4 speed and the light weight 340 it can seriously take on a lot of built big blocks and revs out longer. Disclaimer: This car has never been raced, timed or dragged but that doesn't mean I haven't had fun around town with it! The car is good even as a daily driver, it is reliable and the drive line and suspension are new. You can drive it home. It does have a little leak from the notorious coolant into intake connection, I will try and fix that (AGAIN) before it is delivered, its just a small gasket that gets hot and cold a lot. The car actually isn't bad on gas on the highway. I absolutely love this car but its tax season and I want to get something cheaper. Once again, this car is not an all original AAR but has all the parts, you can drive it anywhere, very solid car. Recap; This body is extremely straight, clean and solid, paint is very good, has not grits or sand in the paint, some imperfections may be present, no rust outside of the trunk in a small amount, southern car. Comes with a 74 title and vin tag I will call this car a 74 AAR CLONE, The vehicle was completely re-done last fall professionally. If you have any offers or something like that, I don't have a buy it now but you can send me an offer and I will ponder a deal. Sorry a lot of the pictures, the car is dusty. The paint is beautiful especially when its all shined up. I wanted it to look like original paint, its a thick single stage, the kind you can wet sand all you want so the paint is glossy in every layer, no clean coat and that makes for very very little orange peal. I can help arrange shipping anywhere in the states, you can also call me with any questions you may have about this car, I will be happy to answer them. 714-767-4777 These are photos of the RESTORATION: On Apr-10-13 at 20:27:40 PDT, seller added the following information:
