For Sale is this sweet black on black 1964 1/2 Mustang. This is an early production Dearborn Coupe with a 302 , four speed manual transmission, and 8 inch rear end. This car runs and runs. Check out the video. All the exterior has been gone through and is rust free. This work was done about three years ago and it has been garage kept since, with less than 1,000 mileson it since the body and paint was completed. The interior has aftermarket gauges and the dash has been filled in for a glove box stereo. The battery has been movd to the trunk. It comes with manual front disc brakes, new headliner and rubber throughout. It has original door handles and crome trim. It is not a paint over but was stripped and all metal professionally treated. The paint is Nason with five coats of clear. If you would like photos of the build, please let us know. It also has the dual scoop fiberglass hood. It has an Edelbrock 4Bbl intake and an Edelbrock 1406 carb, brank new. MSD electronic ignition, new plug wires. The front seat have been changed to high back buckets, with Shelby seat belts. This car is very clean, inside and out. It could us a new trunk mat, and the speedometer cable needs replacd. All lights, wipers etc, work. The engine and transmission were installed before we took over the car, and we believe it to have about 5,000 miles on it but do not know for sure. Low profile tires with American Racing Aluminum 15 inch rims round it out. Feel free to ask questions. It does not have A/C but the heater works well. This is a sweet ride. It has a complete walk around and test drive. You will not find a Black on Black Mustang in this condition that runs this strong, with these modifications, this paint, and more importantly paint prep for longevity with no worries of rust for this price. You will find many painted over mustangs with multiple rust issues, but few like this. Note all of the suspension, shocks, springs, bushings and ball joints are less than 3,000 miles as well. When the body work was done, the undercarriage was not stripped, but is solid all the way around, no issues with frame rails, mounts or pans.
