1995 CR 250R in extremely good condition. I am the third owner of the bike. If you know much about these mid nineties cr250s you know that the purple shrouds and purple seat on the 1995 models are not produced by Honda any longer and are impossible to find in the aftermarket in this kind of condition. Every part on this bike is original to the bike when it was purchased new except for the front and rear fenders, rear tire, piston and rings, handlebars, and rear sprocket. It still has the original front tire!! I am a professional mechanic and have ridden and wrenched on Honda dirt bikes for years. When I bought this bike two years ago I completely disassembled the top end, cleaned the powervalve assembly and installed a wiseco piston and rings. The piston I replaced was the original with very, very little wear on it. I also replaced the front and rear fenders because the originals were pretty faded. I replaced them with Polisport units which match the other "nuclear red" plastics perfectly. I have kept the bike in my shop as a conversation piece and only ride it occasionally on our local trails once in a while to keep the juices flowing and seals in good shape. The bike runs like it should and shifts through all of the gears perfectly. There are a couple of small dings in the expansion chamber that you will see in the photos. The tank and other white plastics have some very minor rub marks. Other than that it is practically like new. This CR would make a great addition for a collector or a good solid bike just to ride. I am also including an FMF gnarly expansion chamber and a FMF turbine core 2 silencer with the bike. Please don't hesitate to ask questions if you have them and thank you for looking.
