Here we have a 1937 Dodge ME-30 still in its original working condition and wrapped in its original paint. The truck has the original Dodge 6 cylinder flathead engine in it with only 28,354 miles. Bolted to the bed is a 400 amp Lincoln Gas Welder powered by a 6 cylinder flathead Hercules engine. From what we researched the welder dates back from somewhere between 1936-1939. This truck belonged to the city of Elyria, OH Water Department which is about 30 miles west of Cleveland, OH. It was used to weld and repair water lines, water towers, and bridges around the city. I know for sure this truck has been sitting in a climate controlled garage for over 30 years. The truck runs good but needs a master cylinder for the brakes. I never tried to start the welder, but looking over the unit I do not see it as being a problem. Please feel free to ask any questions 216-299-8008
