I am only selling this car because it is what stands between me and financial freedom from student loans. This car is an ORIGINAL TT 6SP, NOT a converted N/A or swapped automatic. I have had the car for about 4 years and have only put about 4k miles on it since. Over half of these parts are less than 5k miles old. Over 75% are within 10k miles. Spent most of its life stock. A new short-block was put in around 7k miles ago by the previous owner, I have the receipt showing he spent $5500 including installation. The Good: I can tell from the paperwork that the original owner had it maintained at a Toyota dealership, the second owner was a chiropractor and took great care of it, I have a lot of documentation showing how clean and well cared for of a car this is. Everything works and runs as it should, a/c and heat, no mechanical problems, starts strong every time and runs strong every time. The car has relatively low mileage and has no paint work or accidents. The chassis is free from any rust or corrosion as its always garaged. A lot of the parts on this car only have about 2-3k miles on them! The turbo is only at 9psi due to fuel limitations and so it hasn't really been pushed hard at all. Precision has it rated around 650WHP at 20psi with enough fuel. The Bad: As the cars been sitting for the better part of four years, I've suspected two seals to be slightly dry and dripping. One is coming from what looks to be the transmission. I had it inspected and most likely is the notorious rear main seal that needs done. This would make sense because the car could use a clutch. The clutch engages and operates as it should without slipping but feels slightly clunky in my opinion, everyone will be different about this. With the clutch pulled, the rear main seal is a very cheap and simple thing to replace, just needs doing. Upon some start-ups, this car will also smoke a little for roughly 30seconds and then subside until the next day when it is first started. I had this inspected as well and it is most likely the valve stem seals, also an inexpensive seal and typical maintenance.
