For many years Brown Brothers Racing (BBR) have made the most awesome 4-stroke dirt bikes on the planet. This particular conversion uses a their custom made aluminum frame to mate an XR200 engine to CR85 suspension and body components. The result is a compact, ultra light, ultra reliable air cooled 4-stroke dirt bike. In recent years, the CRF230 was the most popular power unit, but this Powroll modified XR 200 makes a lot more power than a stock 230, and is 15 lbs. lighter. It's been stroked to 220, has big valves, a cam, and a big fin ATC barrel and HD transmission. This conversion is no longer offered by BBR, but when it was, the frame kit alone was $3500, and you still had to supply a complete CR85 rolling chassis and XR/CRF engine to complet the conversion. Complete turn-key bikes cost $12,000+. This one has been "dual sported" with current Oregon street registration and plate. It's in near-new condition. Still has the original set of knobbies. Includes a Trail Tech Endurance riding computer, aluminum hand guards, Renthal aluminum bars, trail tech sidestand, BBR re-valved forks and shock, BBR exhaust with spark arrestor, BBR gas and brake reservoir caps, Twin Air filter and RK o-ring chain. Although this was built for and used almost exclusively by my wife, as a 5'7" guy I found this a real hoot to ride, especially in the tight woods. Light, torquy, low-seat height with great suspension, frame and brakes make this one of the best dirt bikes ever made for the smaller rider.
