BARN FIND !!! 3 DAY AUCTION NO RESERVE !! 1965 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE, Great restoration project !!! Has been sitting sine late seventies.. A true Barn find !!! 289 V-8, 4 SPEED TOP LOADER TRANSMISSION. Mustang needs complete restoration, this convertible is a Power Top mustang also. Looks like it has an original door tag. Great restoration project ! Rear frame rails are good, front frame rails good, most of the major structural components are good needing only minor repairs, but the floor pans need done, maybe some torque box touch up. All in all a good candidate for restoration, the 289 engine in mustang I have heard run, consider it to be a running core engine and that's all, transmission is a ORIGINAL FORD 4 speed top loader..
