Up for auction is a very unique 1974 Chevrolet Laguna. I would love to finish this car but I didn't expect my taxes to be so high this year so it has to go. As your see from the pictures it has a New interior in it, including front and rear seat covers. The Factory swivel bucket seats work great and are covered in High quality Burgundy factory stye material. The rear seat is covered in the same matching high quality material as the front buckets. The vehicle also has New carpet. The door panels and console are in very good original condition (See pictures). The console could use a cover plate but is in otherwise good original condition. Needs headliner. The car has good power windows, door locks and tilt wheel. All work great. The engine is a very healthy 5.0 liter Chevrolet V8 with Aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4 barrel carb and headers along with a 3" exhaust system gives it a nice rumble. The Turbo 350 transmission shifts firmly. Both the engine and transmission will provide many miles of trouble free service. Suspension, steering and tires are very good condition. Aluminum American racing wheels all the way around. Very good condition 275/60s on rear have lots of tread as do the 205 wide tires on the front. The car was re-bushed by the former owner and it drives and handles great. Stops great with Disc brakes up front, drums in back. Drive this car anywhere while you restore it. This Laguna has a good rust free body (See trunk pan and Engine bay. Under body pictures to follow) with the exception of small area of lower right rear wheel well. Most of the hard work is already done. No fresh paint hiding any surprises. Vehicle is available locally so I do reserve the right to end auction early. If you are interested contact me.
