2001 Honda SabreI am selling my 2001 Honda Shadow after riding it for 12 years. I am the only owner and have kept up on all service and love it. I've added extras that made it more comfortable to ride and keep it looking cool and simple. I removed all the stickers and lettering that Honda put on it. Only thing I've ever had to do to it is, change oil & filter, brake pads, grease axels, plugs, air filter, tires, and battery after 5 yrs.I had it jetted for more snap when I got on the throttle.It is a HOT ROD!!I added: Chrome Footpegs front and rear, Chrome Heelrests front, COBRA Balogna Cut Pipes (loud when you get on it), Chrome Harley Horn (to hear it), Back Rest, Chrome Luggage Rack, Saddle Bags, Fork Tool Bag, Windshield, and Bell on fork.I have the original pipes for trade in, footpegs, helmet lock, and horn. All stock parts that were changed are availeable and go with it.I am only selling it because I bought a new Bagger for taking long trips accross country.I road it to Yellowstone Park in 2009 and put 1,100 miles on it without even one problem, while my buddy had to have his Harley repaired at a Honda shop in Montana. Was to funny!!I will need a $1,000 deposit via PayPal within 24hrs. of sale to secure the purchase and bike is pickup only. To test drive you will need a motorcycle licence and insurance. I don't want any liability if you crash it while testing it!!!
