Vehicle Detail

This is a RARE FIND! This Ram 2500 is a pulling machine, clean 1 owner BEAUTIFUL TRUCK. This was purchased new from Tim Parker Dodge in Hot Springs Arkansas and was serviced there anytime it needed service. This 2500 is equipped with a 4.10 Axel ratio which means it will pull anything. I drove this truck 100 miles home on 3/3/2013 it performed perfect. I filled it with fuel to the top, set the trip meter and went 96.2 miles to the next filling station. it took 4.2 gallons of diesel to top it back off I had the cruise set at 68 MPH and it was 90% hwy. So you see achieving 22.9 MPG even with a 4.10 axel. This truck is bone stock and looks like the day it was new under the hood. We have no corrosion here in Arkansas so there is NO RUST ANYWHERE, When you pull the dip stick the oil looks new but according to the service sticker it is due for an oil change in a couple thousand miles. The transmission fluid is cherry red. The underside of this truck looks as good as the top side, not a drip of oil anywhere. This is an SLT Laramie with 4 doors, CD player, heated and power mirrors, tilt cruise, and everything works perfect. The only thing that don't work is the power locks, the actuators came disconnected, a common problem for Dodges of this year. The original owner of this truck is now in his late 70's and is no longer camping so the truck was traded in. The only thing I would do to this truck is buy a nice set of tires in the next year and keep up with the maintenance. the tires are ok, but this truck sat more than it rolled and we do have sun here in Arkansas and they are very slightly starting to dry rot. There is still about 20,000 miles of tread left. I am not going to give this truck away, however I also know this is not found at you neighborhood car lots, and finding a cleaner nicer truck than this will be very hard. there is a few very minor nicks and scratches that you will need to look hard for. it is a 99 model and it is 100% original.
