Up for auction is a super nice, very clean 1978 Honda XR 75. This 35 year old bike is started up weekly and has plenty of power through all 4 gears. These are the bikes that kicked off the motorcross frenzy back in the 70's. Honda made these bikes for 6 years, starting in 1973 and ending with this bike in 1978. There aren't many to be found in this condition anymore. It has a brand new rear tire, new front tire, new handgrips, new fuel petcock, and newly wired kill switch. It also has new fenders, sidecovers, and front number plate. I think this engine has been replaced over the life of the bike, because it states 79 cm on the engine head and has 4 gears instead of 5. The exhaust pipe is a 9 out of 10. Very good condition. This bike has always been stored inside out of the elements. The bike is missing 5 spokes on the rear wheel.
