Up for sale at No Reserve is a one owner 2003 Volkswagon Jetta Wolfsburg Edition 1.8L Turbo. Vehicle is driveable but transmission needs repair. Check Engine Light is on and has a fault code for the transmission P0 722 (17106 Volkswagon code) speed sensor circuit no signal. The transmission shifts are late and hard and only shifts up to 4th gear. Transmission is a 09A 5 speed automatic. Sensor is inside transmission. Mechanically the rest of the car is excellent. Engine runs perfect, no noises, smoke or leaks. Timing belt, water pump & thermostat were replaced at 109,000 miles. Heater core was replaced at 113,000 miles. Tires, battery, front struts & coil springs & auxiliary water pump were replaced 3,000 miles ago. Front brakes are like new, rear brakes have approx. 40% pad left. As far as the body there is no rust. Front & rear bumpers both have a scuff mark on them. Drivers side front & rear door have a light crease & indentation where they meet. The hood has a small ding by left headlamp and very small nicks from road debris. There is a small dent at the bottom of the right front fender behind the tire. The paint shines like new. Interior looks excellent. Right side of rear seat has what looks like three cigarette burns that are very small & hardly noticeable. There is no sign or smell that car was smoked in. All power options work as they should, A/C & heat, power windows, locks, sunroof, cruise control, stereo. Overall this is a very nice car with the exception of the transmission shifting problem. I have tried to list all cosmetic flaws which are minor and show in the photo's so there are no surprise's.
