UP FOR AUCTION : 1968 CHEVY C-10 DELUXE PICKUP IN EXCELLENT RUNNING AND DRIVING CONDITION. THIS TRUCK HAS A POWERFUL V-8 MOTOR BOLTED TO A STANDARD 4-SPEED TRANSMISSION, WITH PLENTY OF GET UP AND GO!! PLEASE IGNORE THE DATE ON THE PHOTOS, I TOOK THEM 2/17/2013. BODY : THE BODY IS ORIGINAL, PRETTY STRAIGHT WITH A FEW DINGS AND DENTS (PASS DOOR) AND HAS THE USUAL RUST: CAB CORNERS, ROCKERS, BRSACES, AND 3 INCHES OF THE DRIVERS FLOOR PAN. (SEE PHOTOS) VERY RESTORABLE, OR DRIVE AS IS. DRIVETRAIN : THE MOTOR IS A STRONG V-8 (I WAS TOLD IT WAS A 327) CHEVY , ONE BARREL 2 JET CARBURETOR, WITH NO SMOKE, NOISES OR LEAKS. (EXCEPT ONE EXHAUST DONUT) APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN REBUILT AT ONE TIME. IT STILL HAS THE POINTS AND CONDENSER IGNITION. I CLEANED UPTHE MOTOR AND PAINTED IT MYSELF.THRE ORIGINAL 4-SPEED WITH GRANNY GEAR TRANSFERS POWER TO THE ORIGINAL REAREND. INTERIOR : THE BENCH SEAT HAS A WORN COVER, THE FLOORS HAVE THE ORIGINAL VINYL. DOOR PANELS ARE WORN, BUT ARMRESTS ARE STILL THERE. THE DASH PAD IS MISSING. TRUCK COMES WIT THE ORIGINAL AM RADIO. GAUGES AND LIGHTS ALL WORK. ALL IN ALL, A VERY RESPECTABLE TRUCK. IT IS ROAD READY AND RELIABLE JUST LIKE IT IS. OR YOU COULD RESTORE IT, AS IT DESERVES. GOOD LUCK. On Feb-22-13 at 15:51:29 PST, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention that the truck just turned 100,000 miles for the first time. Also, there is NO RUST on the drip rails, firewall, door posts, or doorbottoms. The bed only has rust in two small spots in the flat part near the rear.
